Terms of Payment

Payment must be made in advance for the calendar month by the 10th of each month.

Methods of payment

Bank transfer
Debit card
BLIK
Cash.

VAT invoices (Faktura) can be issued on request.

Schedules and Agreements

Schedules

All courses and private will have fixed weekly/bi-weekly slots, that may be adjusted only by mutual agreement.

Booking your place

To reserve a place on a group course or a regular private slot, an agreement must be signed.

Length of Agreement

The agreement will be for the school year. Extensions can be signed if students wish to continue through the summer.

Holidays, Breaks and Cancelations

Holidays and Breaks

Children’s courses will take breaks according to the school year.

Adult courses will take breaks for national Holidays.

Breaks for private courses will be agreed in advance.

Absences

If private students are unable to attend a lesson, with 24 hours given, a lesson can be rearranged for the first mutually agreeable time.

Of course we understand that life isn’t always straight forward and we will always try to be flexible and accommodating.

Cancellations

If a student wishes to no longer attend, we require one month’s notice to terminate the agreement.
